CSV format guide and tools
CSV is a plain-text table format. It has no built-in cell types, multiple worksheets or workbook styling.
Before you convert
Check delimiters, header names and leading zeros when exchanging with JSON or XLSX. Spreadsheet formula-like text needs careful handling; conversion cannot recover workbook features from CSV.
Check each tool’s processing label: browser and server tools handle files differently.
