How to use Merge PDF Files

  1. 1

Choose two to ten PDF documents, up to 50 MiB altogether.

  2. 2

Use Move up and Move down beside the files to set document order, then read their pages.

  3. 3

Create the merged PDF and download the combined document.

Build a packet without resizing its pages

Put a cover letter before supporting documents, join separate report chapters, or collect several scans into one file. Each source contributes every page in its original order. A landscape drawing stays landscape and a smaller receipt keeps its own page dimensions; this tool does not stretch everything onto one paper size.

What to expect

The complete batch must contain at most 200 pages. Document-level bookmarks, attachments, forms and signatures are not combined. This is page copying, not PDF compression, and the result may be larger than the originals.

Private browser processing and practical limits

Your PDF content is processed in this browser and is not uploaded to FileNimble. Input and output remain in memory until you clear the tool or leave the page. Downloads are saved by your browser. Large or unusually complex PDFs can exceed available device memory even below the stated limits; use a smaller plain PDF if processing fails.

Encrypted PDFs, interactive forms, signed documents, portfolios, embedded files and scripts are rejected. Document-level bookmarks and navigation structures are not preserved by page-copy operations. Results are not certified archival, redacted or sanitized documents. Review important output before sharing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What determines the merge order?

The uploader list determines document order. Move the files before reading their pages. Every page from the first file appears before every page from the second.

Can I combine different page sizes?

Yes. Original page sizes, crop boxes and rotations are copied rather than normalized to A4 or Letter.

Will it merge protected PDFs?

No. Encrypted and password-protected documents are rejected. Use an authorized application to export an unencrypted copy first.
